The US banking giant has maintained its momentum this year taking an increased market share domestic registered note space.
Morgan Stanley Finance, the issuance entity of Morgan Stanley (MS), traded US$3.14 billion notional from 1,103 structured notes registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the second quarter of 2024, according to SRP data . This amount represents a 2.6% increase quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) as larger peer issuers have seen their sales decreasing, including J.P.
