Morgan Stanley poaches UBS Apac head

Bilal Al-Ali (pictured) , head of Apac structured sales at UBS, has left the Swiss bank after 12 years. He has been on sabbatical since his resignation was submitted in March and will be on gardening leave during a three-month notice period starting from May, according to a senior source. The structured products banker will join Morgan Stanley as head of the US bank’s structured sales team for Apac. No reporting lines have been disclosed. Al-Ali declined to comment.   During hi
