Head of global research at S&P DJI joins Abu Dhabi Investment Authority

Xiaowei Kang, former co-head of global research at S&P Dow Jones Indices in London, has joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (Adia) as head of research, indexed funds department in Abu Dhabi. Kang, who led the research and the development of index products and strategies across asset classes, joined S&P Dow Jones Indices in 2011 as head of research (EMEA) providing product development support to ETF providers, as well as structuring and trading desks and institutional investors.
