Natasha Dadlani (pictured), managing director, head of EQD and QIS Sales, global markets Americas at Société Générale (SG), is the recipient of the 2024 SRP Americas Personality of the Year, Annuities award after gaining the most votes in the industry in the SRP Americas 2024 survey.
What has led you to finance? How has your role changed since joining SG? Natasha Dadlani : Growing up in New York, I joined a student organisation called The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) when I was 14. I knew I would study business in some capacity since I was a young teenager.
