Goldman Sachs (GS)’ sales of SEC-registered notes over the last nine months stands at less than half of 2022’s volume.
The US bank has collected US$3.59 billion from 962 structured notes registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Q3 23, down 8.4% year-on-year, or up 4.2% quarter-on-quarter, SRP data shows. Its quarterly sales led to US$9.37 billion for the first nine months of the year , which declined nearly one third compared with the prior-year period - or accounts for 47.1% of the total sales recorded in 2022.
