South Korea's knock-out volume of structured products has soared in H1 23 as a new player enters the top five issuer ranking.
Sales of equity-linked securities (ELS) dropped 11.8% to KRW16.0 trillion (US$12.5 billion) in the first half of 2023 year-on-year (YoY) while that of equity-linked bonds was stable at KRW5.9 trillion, according to the latest report from the Korea Securities Depository (KSD).
