The French international banking group reported a significant growth in revenues in Q1 2022.
BNP Paribas posted revenues of €13.2 billion in the first quarter of 2022, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year (YoY). At €4.7 billion, revenues in corporate and institutional banking (CIB) were up by 28.1%. Revenues in the global markets business, at €2.8 billion, were up 52.8% compared to the first quarter of 2021.
