The market share of the top five issuers in the country has decreased by more than 10% in 2021.
The total traded volume of derivative-linked securities (DLS) and derivative-linked bonds (DLBs) in South Korea has fallen by 23.8% to KRW17 trillion (US$14.1 billion) in 2021 year-on-year (YoY), reaching the bottom in the past 10 years. The traded volume amount declined by 20.6% from the second lowest record seen in 2013, which was similar to the level registered in 2011.
