S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) was Best Index Provider at the SRP Apac Awards 2020. The award was announced and presented on 16 July, via a video, due to the cancellation of the SRP Apac Conference and Awards dinner in Singapore.
SRP data shows that the index provider’s flagship benchmark – the S&P 500 index - was featured across 291 products worth an estimated US$3.3 billion in 2019. It was also one of the components of the most popular basket of equity indices alongside the Eurostoxx 50 and the Hang Seng China Enterprises which appeared across more than 4,300 structures worth an estimated US$21 billion.
