BNP Paribas has appointed veteran equity derivatives banker Mike Ross as head of synthetic equity distribution, in London.

Ross joins the French bank from Deutsche Bank where he was head of the institutional equity derivatives and synthetic sales team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea). At Deutsche, Ross held several senior roles over almost 20 years of service.
