The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged with fraud a hedge fund adviser and top executives at the firm.
The SEC has charged SBB Research Group Inc., a Chicago-area hedge fund adviser and its two top executives with a multi-year fraud that inflated fund values.
