The Nordics are the good kids in the classroom when it comes to green bonds, with Sweden one of the leading players in this market. Issuance nearly doubled for Swedish kronor-denominated green bonds in 2018, rising from SEK 37.7 billion (USD3.73 billion) in 2017 to SEK70 billion last year.
