The Dutch open-ended investment fund, which invests in structured products, performed well in the first half of 2019 and added certificates on the Dax and Eurostoxx Banks Index.
Bufferfund, which aims to outperform its benchmark, the Eurostoxx 50 index, by investing in (capped) bonus- and discount certificates listed in Germany, while at the same time achieving a lower volatility than the index, has reported a return of 7.69% during the first six months of 2019. “We are more than satisfied with the result, also in relation to the volatility of the fund, which we have managed to keep very low,” said Marcel Tak (pictured) , statutory director and fund manager
