The sales volume of structured products across the Asia Pacific (Apac) region remained sluggish despite equity markets starting out the year with a significant bounce.
Apac’s sales volume stood at US$14.1 billion at the end of January , recording a 35% fall from the previous month, according to SRP data.* Excluding the December figure, the sales volume posted in January matched levels seen in the fourth quarter last year.
