South Africa’s Momentum Wealth has launched Structured Commodity Option, a three-year rand-denominated structured investment linked to the performance of a basket of commodities.Momentum investment specialist Ryan Jamieson said investors with a positive outlook for a commodity cycle can benefit by allocating 10% or 15% of their portfolio to the Structured Commodity Option. “The insatiable appetite for commodities currently shows little sign of slowing down, leading market analysts and commentators to forecast even greater things stemming from this commodity cycle,” he added.

Investors receive 40% growth if the value of the basket of commodities increases over a three-year term, and all the upside beyond 40%.
