HSBC is offering Malaysian investors the HSBC Amanah Takaful Structured Investment-Linked Plan.
The five-year principal-protected fund is linked to a basket of six Shariah-compliant shares including ABB, BHP Billiton, Vestas Wind Systems, Wal-Mart, CNOOC and Chevron Texaco.
HSBC Amanah Takaful manages the plan while HSBC Bank and HSBC Amanah are distributing the product.
The minimum investment is MYR20,000 ($5,913) and the closing date is 20 November 2009.
