The net notional outstanding of equity-linked investments (ELIs) has grown 20.7% to HK$16.1 billion as at 30 June from a quarter ago.
The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) authorised 47 unlisted structured investment products (SIPs) during the second quarter of 2023, a 19.7% increase compared with the prior-year quarter, according to the financial regulators’ latest quarterly report.
