2Can I access StructuredRetailProducts.com from more than one computer?

You can access the website using your login details from more than one computer, however please note that for security reasons, if we believe your account is being accessed too frequently from multiple devices, your account will be locked and you will be notified in order to reset you log-in details.

Sharing of passwords and log-in details is strictly prohibited by our Terms & Conditions. If you require additional members of your team to have access to our service please contact us to arrange this.

4Where can I view my Subscription Expiry date?

The expiry date of your subscription is displayed in the top-right hand corner of each web page, within the battery icon. For a more detailed breakdown, visit the My SRP section to get a detailed breakdown of your access and expiry date for market/database you subscribe to

5I’ve forgotten my username and password, what do I do?

You can request a password reminder by clicking the Forgotten Password link located adjacent to the username and password login section.

Alternatively, contact one of our regional offices for assistance.

You can change your default password to something more memorable by visiting the My SRP section of the website.

7Can I add additional users to my subscription account?

8I only have access to a limited number of databases, why?

Each subscription package is different – if you have not subscribed to all market databases you will not be able to view product content relating to database outside your subscription.

If you need access to additional databases at any point during your subscription, please contact us today so we can arrange this for you.
